Tests and Homeworks
Tests
We will have regular 30-minute tests roughly every two weeks. Plan on staying after completing the test; we’ll have time for more lectures after each one.

Tests will be held on the following days:
| Test | Deadline |
|---|---|
| Solution to Test 1 | Thursday, February 6 |
| Solution to Test 2 | Thursday, February 20 |
| Solution to Test 3 | Thursday, March 6 |
| Solution to Test 4 | Thursday, March 27 |
| Solution to Test 5 | Thursday, April 10 |
| Solution to Test 6 | Thursday, April 24 |
The Final exam will run 2 hours (120 minutes). Other than its length, its format will be similar to the six previous tests. As per university policy, the final exam will be on Wednesday, May 14, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in our regular classroom.
Homework
Homework assignments in this class will be submitted through Gradescope. They will be due at 5 pm, two days before each test. (There will not be a Homework for the Final Exam.)
You are encouraged to work with other students on the homework! They are intended to be, more or less, study guides for the exams. However, if you do this, then each student must turn in their own copy of the homework.
We will only do a cursory review of your homework (enough to see that you did the required problems); we will not be checking it for correctness. The purpose of the homework is primarily to help you study for the upcoming test.
Since the homework is directly related to the tests, their due dates are fixed - unless the test date changes (which is unlikely).
